How to change the confirm button
By xX.EmoNeverDies.Xx
It took me 40 plus hours, because I am not observant.

All you need to do is go to Options > Controls > confirm/converse > change it from B to A with a press on the the left dpad.

There you have it, change it from the Japanese confirmation system to what ever the west uses.

I have a US PSP, circle is usually confirm and X is usually cancel. PS1 was a little weird as some would use X for confirm and Triangle for cancel.

@MarioFanaticXV What you are describing is the Nintendo / Sony (JP) Control scheme.

Eg: A (Nintendo confirm) = B (Xbox deselect in the west) / O (Sony confirm in JP) = O (Sony deselect in the west)

B (Nintendo Deselect) = A (Xbox Confirm in the west) / X (Sony deselect in JP) = X (Sony confirm in the west)

Is it really "the west" or just Microsoft? As someone who's been playing video games for decades, I'm still used to A/Circle for confirm and B/X for cancel, rather than the A to cancel and B to confirm that Microsoft seems to favor.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I always played using playstation controllers so the the xbox layout was very jarring and hard to get used to. This helped so much!
