You need to search for it inside of the app and download it there! Just look for it using the same name

To change the color when you select the item, and you are in the item settings menu, press "Configure/Finetune Live2D Item" press save, and a pop up window will apear that says something about "customize the multiply and screen color overlays" you press yes and there you go!
