normal reports are very ineffective and moderators don't do their job
looks like that user was very disrespectful and rude and needs reported
with enough normal reports from other users maybe something could be done
they are guilty of harassment towards you in the description at the least
but to bring the item down, you would probably need to file a legal complaint

you have the right to file a dmca legal complaint if it was your mod originally
i am sure you could easily submit enough prove to verify and get it removed
