Requirements

The trick is to wear the 'Funky Explorer' armor set with added "reflect damage" trait. You can get it only in Civic Corps Store.

Wearing the whole set will make you reflect more damage than you receive, winning the duel without any effort.

It will cost you 656 Ruins Tokens to buy the whole set, which will take some time to grind in the Hazardous Breach Ruins. Post commissions on the Civic Corps Notice Board as frequently as you can afford to. You will get around 50+ Ruins Tokens per commission.

Action armor set, you can get 90% reflected damage. I'm running 340% reflected presently.

Any shirt pants and hats now can have reflect mods if is high level

You should update this guide; any flavour of explorer gear that's refined can receive the 70% reflect damage, or the deputy hat also can get reflect damage at 60%. I currently run with 270% reflect lol.
