Avida est periculi virtus, et quo tendat non quid passura sit cogitat (Seneca) - Virtue despises danger, and considers not what it may suffer, but what it may accomplish.

In contrast to my other mod "A.E.P.V. - The AI Cheats" and "A.E.P.V.+ - The AI Cheats (Even More)", in this mod the AI gets additional officer upgrades, the amount of which is based on the total experience of all player combat brigades.

The algorithm tries to match the total experience of all combat brigades of the player's neighbouring factions, so that the gap between player XP and the sum of neighbour XP will be minimal.

This should give a nice scaling of difficulty and the AI should be a better match even in the mid-late game.

Do not install all three mods, rather install either A.E.P.V. or A.E.P.V.+ or A.E.P.V.++

What do you mean exactly? Which kind of cheat? I mean there's already the console and you can use it to give your faction stuff. So what exactly do you have in mind?

So, just to make sure, you mean that the resource exchange rate should still be 1:1 instead of 1:5?

I haven't given the player direct debuffs or the AI blatant buffs in the way Civ games do, but may consider it in future if I can work out how to put this into the scenario options. You can give your faction debuffs manually using the setattribute() command.

The resource cheat should give the AI only resources if it really needs them (and can pay with other resources). Not sure how this could result in "3000 food in their capitals" (can I have a save game, maybe? I'll not be on my desk for 2 weeks however).

Sadly there's no way to I can add governors to cities by script.

Because of the cheat on resources, my envoys stopped selling resources to the enemy, since they have 3 thousand food accumulating in their capitals...

By the way, it would be possible to add permanent debuffs of the player to all income, growth and the addition of experience.
