You guys might ask, "How did you do that?" As in "how did you make that Raichu look like an Alpha Pokemon?"

It's quite simple, really.

It is recommended that you use the Ragdoll Resizer (Not the Old Version. The new one with Physics), A Model of any Pokemon Pack Add-on, and the Easy Bodygroup Tool (Optional if you want the Pokemon to be a Shiny.)
