This mod Adds Particle Effects recreated and based off various particles from the Halo series of games.
Contains particles for Weapons, Explosions, and More.
Requires The Particles Manifest by Urik to function properly.

Can confirm that it conflicts with +Ultra Particle: Texture files in several files.
But I can see that Tempest is credit here so will that conflict be a problem?
