What is needed for this?

Nothing much, you just need a car with a level of 160+
You can view it by opening the map, in the garage, etc

Beginning

Choosing a night
We find an illegal race in which a lot of experience is given. (As much as possible)
We win back the race and head to Port Murphy and we find containers there
Hitting a cop if you weren't being chased
Then jump from the trampolines to the containers and wait until they lose you. And so up to 5 or 4 levels of the chase
When you're done, jump on the container and wait for all or most of the cops to leave
