We have no intel on this guy, and his habit of communicating through an 80’s model dictaphone means we don’t even have a voice, all we really know is that he is dangerously psychotic - a sociopath, allegedly, he once wiped out the entire Russian mafia in Miami all on his own. Although Jacket is the last one to brag – he doesn’t speak at all – his achievements in the criminal underworld are widely known.
