1) It is possible to collect all 20 memories in a single playthrough.
2) Picked memory immediately stored, you can track them via EXTRAS in main menu.
3) Don't forget to "collect" memory - you have to not only look at it, press RMB to get related animation so you'll be sure you really got it.
4) The game has 4 main parts, you can't travel between them. If you missed anything you have to either load closest save file or replay the game (you anyway need to play it 3 times for VIP Client :))

Bunny is related to Holy Grail achievement. You will run in similar bunnies while exploring Hotel. There are 3 or 4 of them, you don't need to pick them or interact, only look at them. After collecting the piano key the bunny appears in your room.
