5 INGREDIENT PROTEIN BROWNIE FOR GAINS

Ingredients
1 cup of salt
4 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
4 cups of milk
2 scoops of chocolate whey protein (casein protein can be a subsitute)

First preheat the oven to 405
Mix salt, sugar, chocolate whey protein in a bowl.
Next stir in 4 cups of milk.
The dough should be ready to rise atp so put in 3 cups of flour.
After this put the dough in the freezer for an hour and a half.
After the dough is cold or frozen put it in the oven for 20 minutes. (10 minutes each side ) MAKE SURE TO FLIP!!!!
Each brownie is 80% protein 200 calories 40 grams of protein each

@Fubbie she is probably experiencing good eating habits after not being fit for the rest of her life, yes this is an awesome side effect

my grandma LOVED this recipe!! it was so good that she fell asleep an hour later (silly grandma) and hasnt woken up for 3 days!! is this a side effect of being fit?
