Rail Items for Rails

Kuvaus
This mod makes track require actual rail items to build. The steel ones can only be made at large block mechanical crafters and have to be transported on a special stockpile. The bronze rails can be smelted in small block smelters, making them a more convenient alternative when steel is not readily available.

Indeed, the inventory slots are sometimes ordered weirdly. Glad you got it working!

scratch my last comment, input and output were reversed between the furnace and basic metal blocks.. all good now, thanks!

@Xaerthus Thanks for the quick reply!
I have the basic metal block manufacturer hooked up to a pair of windmills, and the UI says it's powered. I put about 20 Steel ingots in and selected the rail recipe, but still nothing.
it didn't take any ingots out of the input inventory.
Perhaps I'm missing something..
I'll have a closer look at the mod that provides the basic metal block manufacturer and see if I've done anything wrong.

Hi, the furnace recipe is only for smelting them back to ingots, they are produced only in the basic metal block manufacturer and they take ordinary steel ingots.

Make sure you power the manufacturer with enough power and also select the correct recipe in its UI.

Hi, I have the industrial engineers modpac, but I can't seem to be able to produce steel rails in any production facility I've built.
steel rails are listed in both the mechanical manufacture furnace and basic metal blocks but I don't know the ingredients (other than steel) that these would need.
Any information you can provide?
Thanks!
