Based on what you say, it seems that you didn't reach the end yet. There's an exchange of emails which is influenced by what you picked in regards to Grace and the "Neuroscientist vs Journalist" branching, but it's a pretty clear ending based on the contents of these emails. For example, you get a message from DEEP-THOUGHT with a link to some legal items related to Nanomax, and also some messages from Fiona / Lisa / Dr. Abbot.
It's better to ask the devs directly in the forums, since they can tell you exactly how to unlock these, based on the source code. The ending and unlocking Abbot's cache seem to be extremely dependent of performing certain actions in a specific order. The guide has been checked against several playthroughs, but if you did something in a different order, then this could have easily affected your ending.
Also, all 20 achievements are listed in this guide.
In regards to the memory issues - I had that too in one playthrough, but I think this was caused by some tasks not registering properly for some reason (the supplier invoices task was sometimes buggy for me).
