Poor guys, this was the only way they could get the $$$ to finish the game. Such a sad end for such a great design team.

Holy crap. I'd totally forgotten about Falcon Northwest! The prices they advertised made Alienware (before Dell bought them out) and Voodoo PC look cheap.
