After the rope breaks in episode 1 of Wintermute and you enter the part 'Paradise Lost', it looks like there is no way back up the mountain. Turns out, you can still get back to Milton.

How to Return to Milton After the Rope Breaks
After the rope breaks in episode 1 of Wintermute and you enter the part 'Paradise Lost', it looks like there is no way back up the mountain. Turns out, you can still get back to Milton. If you go to the left of the mountain and keep hugging the side, you can get back to the top. I used this to get back to do an achievement. This is helpful if you don't have any old save files from before the fall, and want to go for an achievement or do some extra exploring. After finding out about this, I found that DeltaResero (YouTube) found this before I did.

Ignore the bad quality, this is just to demonstrate how to get back up the mountain for people who need this in order to get certain achievements or do additional exploring.
