Heart tokens for the Lost!

Beskrivning
Adds a new pickup for the lost (that replaces all red hearts) that allows him to use Devil Beggars and Blood Donation Machines!

Simply grab a token, then walk up to a machine!

Sacrificial rooms work the same, but cost two tokens rather than one!

Compatible with ModConfig!
And Goat Plush!!
Exclamation marks!!!!

Note: In order to make it more fair, I made the amount of tokens you have reset to 0 each new floor, but if you want to disable it, there's a setting in the config menu that allows you to.

causes alot of lag in room full of pick ups
i completed everything for both Lost variants so i dont really need this mod anymore unfortunately

Mod Profiler says this thing is causing a lot of lag when in a room with lots of pickups
Trinkets specifically in my case. Didnt test the Rest.

I think it could make sense. Heart Tokens overwrite some pickups and probably has some checker for current pickups in the room

i forgor every single line of code, though since this mod activates on lost itself taking damage and not when holy mantle does it should(?)
