Narcissu 1st&2nd (2005) This is the original standalone game, of which contains The 1st and 2nd story, and the game's epilogue.
You can select between different translations, voice-over or no voice-over and scenarios with the exception of the epilogue of which needs both of the starting ones to be finished.
There is no DLC. Contains Extra feature and notes from Dev. No options.

Narcissu 10th Anniversary Anthology Project (2016)

Narcissu 10th Anniversary is a remaster of both 1st and 2nd, whilst also adding new stories of which is the most recommended way to play Narcissu.
Once opened, you'll be greeted by a launcher which contains six options. Two are available but the others are locked behind DLC. (AUD. $4.50)
Major re-hauls include: New title screen, menu SFX the ability to choose scenarios straight away.
More importantly... the ability to auto-play text, change screen resolution, and skip text.
You can change the game's font, sound and take a screenshot without the steam overlay.
