Cele's H&K MP7 Improved with Reflex sight

Replaces silenced SMG with Cele's H&K MP7 Silenced.
Has custom firing sound. No HUD icon, no scripts.

Added Walther reflex sight, folded iron sights;
Removed camera shake from all animations;
Matched all animations lenght with vanilla ones;
Decreased materials size from 2048 to 1024 for performance;
Removed "23" sign from the side;
Changed firing sound
