Almost all custom content & textures, utilizes lots of CSS content should be packed into the map. if you see errors you can fix them by downloading the files from https://gmodcontent,com replace "," with a "."

whenever i break the glass it turns into the pink and black error texture (i have css mounted)

Edwin<3 i know im like 1 year late and ace already answered your question, but yeah unless its a content mod, in that case you may have to buy it. eg: pepper spray content.
