"It may not look tasty, it may not taste (tasty) or good but i need to gain weight (fat) so when you can eat what ever you want, as much as you want, without gaining a single gram, this smoothie is a great complement. Its healthy with much vitamins and much protein.

About 1000 calories and 25.5 grams of proteins

Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Sun Seeds
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 2 Apples
- 1,5 cup Oatmilk
- And MUCH of cinnamon

And then mix everything in a blender

I have counted all the calories so it should be around 1k.

The seeds have quite much kcal for being so thiny, the sunseds for example have about 117 kcal for two tbsp.

But of course this is just something i drink as a snack between meals.

I don't want to put you down, smoothie sounds healthy af, but if you wanna gain some weight, you'll need more food. And to eat more food you need to be more hungry and to be more hungry you need to put your body to work...
