"Once again another run with many quality 4 items. I started the run with c-section in the first treasure room without even holding R once, and pajamas in the boss room. Then I ended up with satanic bible and spindown due to backpack, although I got spindown pretty late for it to be too useful. But spindown is what helped me reroll azazel's rage into twisted pair. The relic and the mitre and abaddon working together made it much more beneficial to just get soul/black hearts rather than red."
