Penetration Up!

Adds custom % damage penetration to enemies during their animations which usually make them invulnerable:

> Hosts
> Mobile Hosts
> Hard Hosts
> Floasts
> Cod Worms

10% damage is recommended so this mod doesn't trivialize these enemies, while avoiding the loss of momentum they often cause in high damage runs.

Only affects regular tears, enemies will flash white to let you know you are hitting at reduced damage.
