Action=Move for Eldar Units

Grants most Eldar units (and Astra Militarum Ratlings) +2 movement when using actions. This allows these units to move, use an action, then move again afterwards. This can also result in these units temporarily going above their movement max, if they use an action before moving.

This only effects units with the following traits:
⬥ Shoot Sharp and Scarper (Astra Militarum Ratlings)
⬥ Battle Focus (most Eldar units)

This ability is active from the start of the match, and does not have to be researched.

⬥ If using any of the Increased Normal Unit Actions or Increased Hero Unit Actions mods along with this mod, the Eldar will receive a large mobility boost.
