x264 is only usable on intel non-f CPUs...

if you got a ultra modern 64 core threadripper you can prob use x264 better er,, but its better too use gpu too do so or have a stimm cpu.. otherwise that

i entirely agree with the comment under me. All OBS settings most heavily depend on your computer specs and wifi/lan speed. If you have a pc that can barely leave 10 tabs on chrome open then you'd be best to stay out of using OBS/streaming & recording until you get a better pc.

But you all know that it depends on your computer and internet. If you have strong PC and good internet it could be the best configuration, but what if your GPU or CPU can't handle game and streaming at the same time. Or what if your internet is not fast enough to transfer data in 6000kb/s bitrate and 1080p. Or what if you have strong GPU but your CPU is shit and the author says to use x264 encoder when for your configuration NVENC could be better. It all depends on your computer and the internet. You have to find out which settings are the best for you. Of course you can search the internet for it, but still you'll have to change some things. It's better to read and understand what these settings do and then configurate it by yourself. Correct me if I'm wrong
