The achievements are totally bugged including broken one. The broken one can be obtained through previous version of game and the rest can be disorderly obtained by playing normally within this version. This guide mainly focuses on the last achievement.

Obtainable achievements within current game version
16/17 achievements can be obtained through normal playing though they unlock disorderly. All you need to do is play normally and these achievements should usually be obtained in less than 1 hour. You don't have to download the previous version of the game first because the boulders you stacked still count towards the game regardless of the game version.

From the feedback of several people (including me), this achievement is no longer obtainable in the current version of the game.
So here we download the previous version of the game to make it work.
1. Enable console on Steam
copy
steam://nav/console
and paste into your browser. After pressing Enter Launch Application should pop up. Select Steam Client Bootstrapper and Console should be available on your Steam
2. Enter command by console
download_depot 588180 588181 5135458190185707634
after a few minutes the download should complete and will display the downloaded file's location
3. Replace the original file with the downloaded file
The original file is located at ...SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Totemori . Now copy and paste the downloaded totemori_win64 folder into this route to replace the original folder.
4. Start game and obtain the achievement
Simply start versus games within a keyboard (no need to add bots) and keep stacking till you get the achievement.
