You will need to press the ESCAPE or ESC key, which will open a menu. Follow the steps in the image to get to the desired location



After successfully getting here, you will need to press the left button of your mouse twice, now press the desired button to make the jump, in my case I will use ENTER to jump. Now, press the ESC button again to return to the game and perform the jump to see if it is working

If it still isn't working, don't panic, it may be a game error.

This time, we will configure the jump key from the console, to enable the console, press the ESC button again and follow the instructions in the following image



Apply the changes made and press the key ( " ) to open the console

In the empty bar you will type the following code

bind space +jump



Press ENTER and close the console. Now you will probably be able to jump
