It's possible to get #49 as soon as you unlock Strip Lucky by beating the Dark Knight that appears in town after repairing the Forge.
It's extremely difficult, but doable with a Top orientation, a full inventory of Snail Teas, and the best possible equipment at that point (Sharp-Toothed Sword and "Don't Touch My" set). It mostly relies on RNG being merciful on you and having the Dark Knight mostly use moves that only excite you a little.
If you manage to succeed, upon completing the Strip Lucky tutorial and being given your starter deck, Hanth will give you the Dark Knight (Blue) card as well.

I didn't know and meet Dodoro and I just beat Grant X but I got cards like #52 and #53.

@BGGSZ I was thinking maybe it could be a bug in mine, but I managed to collect them all last night, so it still worked out! All the other ones I checked on your list were perfect and a huge help! Many thanks!

@‡«Quipster»‡ I found him in both so maybe a glitch in my game. I checked every location in every part of the day to check when they're all available, the daddy orc in dickeyland appeared both in the evening and at night.

Just making a note for #50 that Daddy Orc isn't there during the night, but only during the evening.
