You want to buy a skin or a knife but don't know if you like it ingame?

With this guide I will show you how to test each skin ingame.

1. To get started you need the Steam Inventory-helper for the Chrome browser.

2. You then visit the inventory or the desired skin on the community market.

3. Now you have to right-click on the "Investigate in game" button and click Copy link address.

4. Once you've done that, visit Broskins [broskins.com] and paste the address you copied earlier there.

5. Then copy the "!gen l" command to view the desired skin ingame.

6. Now click the Connect button to join the server.

7. Finally, you paste the copied command into the global chat, now the desired skin will be made available for you to look at.

With this method all kinds of skins can be viewed ingame. So you have the chance to look at the skins before buying or trading them.
