Combine units survivors

Beskrivning
Replaces the survivors with Combine units from Half-Life series.

L4D1 team - Commander for Bill, Suppressor for Francis, Heavy for Louis, Grunt for Zoey
L4D2 team - Elite for Nick, Shotgun Soldier for Coach, Soldier for Ellis, Prison Guard for Rochelle

The HL2 Combine units have Alien Swarm backpacks to make them more distinct, I think it makes them easier to identify. And ones without backpacks has been done already.
