Beskrivning
Chaos Tricks [DST Twitch Integration]
  • Chaos Tricks - It's an Interactive mod for live streams which allows viewers to trigger different in-game tricks by Twitch Bits. More than 100 in-game tricks are available to viewers such as summoning enemies or allies, changing environment, buff or debuff for streamer’s character and more. All tricks can both make the game more difficult or help streamers survive another day — the game will completely depend on the choice of viewers!

ATTENTION!
  • The interactive mode works only with the Twitch extension[dashboard.twitch.tv] and Chaos Tricks PC App![chaostricks.com]
  • Available for streamers with "Twitch Affiliate" status and above, who are allowed to get Twitch Bits

INSTALLATION!
PC App
  1. Download the application here[chaostricks.com] and unpack the contents of the archive into a program working directory
  2. Execute the BitsForTricks.exe application file
  3. Navigate to the "Settings" tab in the application and click the "Cogwheel" icon. Click the "Authorize" button and follow the instructions
  4. Then you have finished authorization the status label will be changed to "completed" and the application will start to connect to a server
  5. After the application has finished connecting the status label will be changed to "completed". Now the application is ready to get events from the Twitch extension.

Don’t Starve Mod
  1. Subscribe to the mod by clicking on the "+ Subscribe" button
  2. Select the "Settings" tab in the Chaos Tricks App
  3. Chose Don’t Starve Together on the left menu. Click on the "INSTALLING" button in the "INSTALL MOD" section
  4. In the mod installation menu, click on the game path selection button. For example: "D:\steam\steamapps\common\Don't Starve Together"
  5. Having confirmed the installation path, press the button "INSTALL MOD"
  6. Launch the game in the App by clicking on the "Play" button or via Steam. Chose our mod in the "Mods" section when you create a game

Twitch Extension
  1. Open the extension's page[dashboard.twitch.tv] on Twitch and click the "+ Install" button
  2. Navigate to the "My Extensions" tab
  3. Click the "Activate" button and select "Set at Overlay"

@Loki Thanks for letting me know! Honestly though this is just gonna make the playthroughs harder :Excalibur: but should be fun for chat to spawn something on me. love the mod! hope to see it updated whenever you can!

Hello, maybe this is an issue with compatibility for other mods or something breaks after last game updates. We didn't update the mod for a long time so new bugs probably appeared. We plan to update the mod this year and will check it.

Spawning in bosses for my world seems to crash it immediately, every other function works. Not sure what's causing it to do this.

Yes it is. The installation process is the same as any server mod. We have released the fix today for dedicated servers so it should work fine.
