Report a translation problem
It requires you to kill the White Boss while you have an iron maiden queen on the board. I think you also need the Succubus card since I had it in the deck at the time, but not 100% certain.
Doing this will cause the Iron Queen to turn into The Blight upon being struck by the ending lightning.
For Mighty Fortress, if you don't get enough rook cards, I recommend getting pawn cards (especially Conscription) + Bloodless Coup + Bushido. If you get good blade damage, you can just hop around the board, hiding between pawns, and stabbing any non-rook pieces. This is also a good strategy for She Is Everywhere (replacing rooks with queens, of course).
I feel as if it's because I started a game with them on, turned them off in the same game, died, and then started a new game right away instead of going to the Title Screen. Either way, it was really weird.
