Updatet CEDA tents to look more atmospheric by adding signs of Biohazard and logo of CEDA.

Original size, i didn't make it any more HD.
This is RNG with 2 Colors - Original and Orange.
They will change at every boot of the map.

I wanted to add more colors but my RNG code knowlege sucks.

Hello I just have a simple question and that is if I can port these to the Garry's Mod workshop if so I'll give you the credit for these models mainly the Tent and Police Barrier those 2 I'm certainly most interested in if not that's okay.
