You will need Cheat Engine or any other software that will let you speed up the game's processing. I used Cheat Engine which worked just fine.

First download the software from here[www.cheatengine.org].
Then launch the game and the software.
In Cheat Engine select a process by clicking on this icon:





From there select SayNoMore and click "Open":
















Now enable speedhack, set it to 200x and click on "Apply":













Now the game will run at 200x the speed (maybe not really, but it will go very fast!)

To set up macro I recommend using solutions from other guides. I will explain how I've done it.

If you have a third party controller that happens to have some kind of "turbo" button, you are ready to go! Plug that into your pc and while holding the "turbo" button click on "A" or "B" buttons (No! buttons). From now on, holding that button should result in it spamming without having to constantly click. Now put something hard on the button and voila! You are now experiencing some really fast neglection!

Now you just have to launch any chapter that will let you spam No! without progressing (I used chapter 4 as it has that moment from the beginning). Launch your macro and leave the game for some time. It took almost 2 hours for me to finish the achievement, so if you've done everything correct, 2 hours should be more than enough!

NOTE! You cannot use your pc while the spamming is active. You can leave the game anytime you want and continue later.

I found this strat while looking for some data manipulation in Cheat Engine software. I unfortunately failed to find a quick solution to just change the value of No!'s said to 99999.
