Single Space Raisable Parking

This is a quick and simple, raisable single space parking area.

It was made to satisfy my need for a single parking space.

This is the original Raisable Parking Lots by Badi_dea

It's intended to provide functional parking spaces for non-ground elevations. Use MoveIt! to raise and lower the parking markers. Traffic Manager PE should be used with enhanced parking AI-enabled because this asset has no AI or values.

This is needed because the currently available parking lots can not be elevated from ground level. This makes building functional custom parking garages possible.
