Biological Ascension via Tech

Rundown:

- Genetic Resequencing (the technology that unlocks the advanced traits) can now be researched as a late game technology instead of being locked behind the biological ascension path.
- The Biological Ascension Perks have been merged into a single perk that grants the bonus of both ascension perks in the Biological Path, however you will need to have researched Genetic Resequencing to be able to pick this perk.

Basically, picking Biological Ascension won't lock you from picking the cooler Psionic or Synthetic Ascensions.
