Simple mod that lets you recruit all heralds lords for all Daemons Faction

for example as Nurgle you can recruit heralds lords from khorne,slaanesh,tzeentch and its the same for the other daemons factions

by Heralds, does this mean the Demonic Heroes or the lords? The description confuses me as it references "Lords".

does this work for ai factions as well i us mixu and us the demoted sarthorael mod and it looks like he can get any of the other heralds well only the normal tzeentch heralds could you maybe look in to it unless its on my end
