[ULX] Module for StormFox 1 & 2

This is a ULX Module that allows you to change settings in StormFox 1 & 2.

!settime time (ulx settime) - StormFox2 supports 06:00, 0600, 06:00 AM formats where as StormFox2 only supports this 13:00 format

!setweather weather strength (ulx setweather) - The strength is how strong the weather effect is not the wind. 0 - 100

!settemp temp (ulx settemp) - Only int values in Celcius and currently only supports positive numbers in the GUI

!setwindspeed windspeed (ulx setwindspeed) - Set the speed of the wind. 0 - 70

Implement the Farenheight Conversion for those who use it

Feel free to take it from my GitHub here[github.com] which is currently bundled with a HUD
