This is a complete redesign of the Erick's town map.
Geometry and models were made entirely by me.
This map was made for the local community,
so you may not understand something.

Large open map.
Long underground.
Random events.
TTT Config.
AI Nodes.
Nav Mesh (Probably obsolete)

la_waterdamage Disble/Enable water damage

You may experience performance issues
because the map uses "expensive" water by default.

Try to use this command: "r_waterforcereflectentities 0"
and "cl_detaildist 0" to disable grass.
