The Layout
Its quite clear you want to be a Le Shadow Raid Main at this point, and boy can I help you along.
This is the basic layout I have created to make this build as Strong as Overkills jank stealth system will allow it, and it really delivers.

Heres how it Works
Molotov is to lower your health below 25% for the Speed Boost with Yakuza,and Berserker ACED is to give your saw a +250% damage Boost (along with +100% Pistol damage increase)
A 14 Concealment Rating
A AP Pistol

The Basics
So firstly we need to abuse the Stealth system by going as low as possible with our Saw.

Maxed Perk Deck
With a Maxed Perk Deck we get a free Concealment Point we need

The Primary
We are going to use a Primary saw to save points

The Saw

• Boost Concealment +1
  
• Silent Motor
  
• Durable Blade

The Secondary
Here is where we diverge in what you are going for. I based this build around killing Civs/Guards through walls incase of alerts and or necessity.

5/7 AP Pistol
A very good pick for what we are trying to do here, allows you to shoot through walls and has the damage that Murkys need.

• TiN Treated Barrel (Accuracy gonna need it)
  
• Size Doesn't Matter Suppressor
  
• Concealment Boost +1

The Molotovs
Gonna need these for our Speed Boost given to use by our perk deck

The Melee
Really anything here that doesnt raise your Concealment (30+)

The Deployables
We are going to take Tripmines as our Primary and Body Bags as our Secondary

Jack of All Trades (ACED)
This is a must, we are going to be taking multiple deployables (remember whatever is in your second slot is half of what you could normally carry)

More Firepower ( ACED)
This will allow us to use TRIPMINES, 14 to be exact which is more than enough for Shadow Raids 1st, 2nd and 3rd Floor

Chameleon (ACED)

Sixth Sense (ACED)
This is a good choice here, allows you to spot guards civs through walls in a 12m radius


Cleaner (Basic)
No need to Ace this skill because you would lose your 2nd bag with Jack of All Trades

Parkour (ACED)
Gives us another 10% Running Speed, Climbing Speed and Run In Any direction

Inner Pockets (Basic)
This will lower our Concealment even more if we have a 30+ Melee weapon

Duck and Cover (Basic)
Faster Stamina Regen

Second Wind (Basic)

Optical Illusion (ACED)
This will allow us more Concealment Points for our Suppressor +3

High Value Target
This is a MUST when using a Tripmine Build, it allows your sensors to mark Enemies for longer.

Beserker (ACED)
This is also a must when using this saw build, gives your saw +250% damage boost when below 50% health

Definitly want to go with Yakuza for its 20% speed boost when Below 25% health

That is really all there is too it. A great Solo build for getting all bags.
