The event is pretty easy to understand but than hiding how to get more of the daughter minions is a strange feature.
All the usual things with Shadow and Plague are still useful.
Madness can also be built by Deep One cults (worth getting a corrupted Hero for).
Harvester is great (look for Heroes with low sanity and consider taking them all the way up to 5 looking for the one that spreads Madness) but I'd otherwise focus on cities and rulers. Harvester can (should) often lay low while waiting for a Hero to do their thing but don't get left behind.
I'm trying to play the madness God now, any tips? Do i focus on heroes or cities?
I tend to make the Might prophets a lot less than others but always check the location requirements before recruiting an Agent. I think I had a paladin on a Hero Prophet I corrupted once but it might have only been a knight (which is still unusual for an Agent)
