This step is a crucial one for your goal of attaining inner peace and true happiness as just the pure thought of playing Rainbow Six Siege makes me irrationally anger. I thankfully don't have many hours on Siege, so this step was easy for me, but others may struggle.

Step 2: Uninstall Other Games That Make You Want to Punch Your Monitor

If there are any other games that make you extremely upset, uninstall them. Games like this may be Valorant, just any shooter in general, and also League of Legends.

Step 3: Touch Grass

You have finally uninstalled all of the games that make you want to drop kick your pc! Now all thats left is to touch some grass and maybe take a shower.

Step 4: Enjoy Your New Life

Great job on following the steps up to now, all you gotta do now is just live your life without Siege.
