Path route:

Save scientist on bridge
Shoot left saruzou
As you enter through the doorway the floor ahead of you will be broken and 3 rats should be present

Path route:

Let the simon brute knock you down the hole, falling into the sewer
Don't destroy the rubble on the staircase
When you enter the house and kill the first two enemies look up at the beams to see 1 rat running across

Chapter 2

Path route:

Shoot the trapdoor at the start of the chapter
Entering the kitchen there will be 1 rat by the cheese wheel

To be frank, this guide feels pretty useless if you don't actually highlight where the rats are. Had to look elsewhere to actually see where the last 2 were
