Titanfall 2 / Apex Legends Mobile Hardpoints are used by both IMC and the Outlands. They are specialised pieces of equipment that can be found on many battlefields across The Frontier.

"Hardpoints have been seen in two main forms. The former resembling a bank of computers used to power and command Fuel Pumps and Heavy Turrets, access the databases of Base Golden and control the flow of coolant in the Demeter refinery."

Search the WS for the First Aid Station by Kham. Published in 2020, and i recently used it successfully in a build (pretty sure it was after Warfare 2 released). Same concept as your medical panel mod link; not sure about performance in MP.
