First off this is not the smoothest motion and models in dresses and long skirts have physis problems but there is a way
to fix this! If the model has a long skirt/dress start by using the motion titled Rasputin2 it basicaly has less exagerated movements,
If the problem continues I reccomend selectiong all IK and maybe Center key frames and using the multiply posision angle tool.
and when the box pops up displaying set angeles input lower numbers around .85 or so depending on how much you want to change the motion.
