MK1212 Civil War bug Fix

Beskrivning
The civil war debuff of Abbasid and Epirus cannot be removed when civil war ends. This mod fixes this bug.
Place this mod above other mods when used. When it takes effect in next turn, you can turn off this mod.

@gummy yummy Not compatible with some submods of MK1212. Turn off other submods and try again. Once succeed, turn off this bug fix and turn on other submods.
