The early version of Italy's famous oto 76.2mm/62 MMI rapid fire gun, the official model is SMP3 sovrapposto, which is arranged in the turret in the form of tandem, and the firing speed is 60 rounds / min for each gun. In 1952, these guns were tested on the Sagittarius frigate. However, the dual mounted naval gun exposed the unreliability of the pitching mechanism and braking mechanism in the test.
