Makes you able to spawn in with Most of the weapons and all of the armor.
Makes most guns reasonable to use at 50-100 rp.

Had to update update due to a problem with the path in the script. All fixed and should work now.

Easy way to get around this is to buy a few copies of items you wish to keep and throw them into a stash.
