Stuck? You cannot get past the first area/shard? Important Tips
By Aurora
I see that there are many negative reviews of Revita.
Most of them are people complaining that the game is too hard, or too hard.
So to help those people I decided to make this guide.

Before I start...
If you have some tips/think that some tips should be changed or improved upon, then please comment. I am not the most experienced or best player of Revita out there, these are just patterns I noticed with my first games, as well as with other people's gameplay and reviews.
The First Runs
In the first runs of Revita, you want to get to the second area and unlock the Blueprint NPC, who will let you unlock the CHAIN METER.

The Chain Meter is probably the most important mechanic that most of the reviews with 0-2h miss, so how does it work?

The Chain Meter is simple; the bigger the chain, the more souls you get from killing enemies. Chain is like a combo mechanic, upon killing enemies it rises, upon damaging enemies it stops, and upon taking damage it falls down. The higher the chain the faster it also falls down.

The game becomes more fast-paced once you unlock it.

So, what to do if you still can't get to it?

1) Do not sacrifice too much of your HP, the base damage of your gun can be enough for the first boss and second area.
2) If you have materials (also known as the flowers) get a better starting weapon.
3) Unlock items as fast as possible, the later items are far more op and interesting than just small buffs.
4) Remember that the dash gives i-frames.
5) Try to find more secret rooms. During combat, if you shoot a wall and it turns white for a bit, upon the end of the fighting, you can destroy that wall by shooting it and uncover a secret room.

Figured out it's not that important in the long run when playing this game... not to mention; DISCORD is immeasurably helpful when starting out if you're having trouble and this guide doesn't answer your question or you're simply having trouble with something else!

I'm one of those people who are stuck.... I gained the 1st shard; have been playing this game like an absolute madman! I've unlocked all kinds of rooms; blueprints; keys for the dude in the dark; have all weapons unlocked, even the gacha machine too! However progressing any further seems to be QUITE beyond me... The only possibility I've noticed to move forward was running into some NPC at a train station; they ask if I have the 1st boss momento or something; plus materials and something else... I ran into her the 1st time before I had even made it to the top once, didn't have many mats at that time, so wasn't able to give her what she wanted...
Couple of runs later; still didn't have enough mats, so had to pass her by yet again!
After that, I started really unlocking as much as possible and after 28 runs; complete runs to clearing the clock tower boss - still no sign of her again! Is she who I need to find in order to get my 2nd shard?
