A quick "No Cut Efficiency" sub-patch exclusively for the Rebalance patch. Make sure you are subscribed to that as well.

This is not compatible with the other NCE patch for Shinra Security armor. See the required items for details - - --->

For this to work, layer your mods in the following order:
1- FFVII: Shinra Security
2- Shinra Security -Armor Rebalance-
3- No Cut Efficiency
4- This mod
Placing other mods between these should cause no problems.
