This is not compatible with the other NCE patch for Shinra Security armor. See the required items for details - - --->

For this to work, layer your mods in the following order:
1- FFVII: Shinra Security
2- Shinra Security -Armor Rebalance-
3- No Cut Efficiency
4- This mod
Placing other mods between these should cause no problems.
